About the Role

We are looking for a skilled 2nd Level IT Support Engineer (German-speaking) to join our client's team and provide advanced technical support for our clients. In this role, you will handle complex IT issues, support critical systems, and work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure stable and efficient IT operations.

From day-to-day IT support to long-term infrastructure management, our partners support organizations across Germany to simplify technology and enable business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Provide 2nd-level technical support for Microsoft-based environments
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated incidents from 1st-level support
  • Perform user and permission management (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
  • Support IT rollouts, migrations, and operational IT projects
  • Maintain documentation and update knowledge base

What We're Looking For

  • 3 years of experience as a 2nd Level Support Specialist
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and service-oriented mindset
  • Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange
  • Basic understanding of networking (LAN, VPN, WLAN)
  • Very good German and good English skills
