About the Role

Join our client’s team as a Part-Time AI Engineer (German-speaking) and help design and deliver impactful AI solutions for real business challenges. This role blends strong AI/ML expertise with a deep understanding of business processes to create value for diverse clients.

The client is focused on delivering reliable managed services, IT support, and IT hardware solutions to small and medium-sized businesses by combining technical expertise with a customer-first approach. From day-to-day IT support to long-term infrastructure management, our partners support organizations across Germany to simplify technology and enable business growth.

Flexible collaboration - 4h/day.

What You'll Do

  • Identify processes that can be improved using AI
  • Build end-to-end AI use cases using LLMs, RAG, agents and workflow automation
  • Develop clean and reliable Python-based solutions (API integrations, testing, deployment)
  • Integrate solutions into existing systems (O365, SharePoint, CRM, ERP)
  • Transform internal AI solutions into reusable assets for clients
  • Interact with different stakeholders from small to medium size companies within the client's group

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience with AI (prompting, agents, workflows)
  • Good understanding of software engineering (Python, APIs)
  • Ability to analyze and map processes (BPMN, Lean)
  • Practical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with system integrations & automations
  • Fluent in German (C1 level)
