Join our client's team as a System Administrator (German-speaking) and take full ownership of complex IT infrastructures. You will lead the operation, optimization, and stability of critical systems while ensuring secure and reliable environments for our client.

What You'll Do
- Administration and maintenance of Microsoft-based server and client infrastructures
- Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security
- Support and lead infrastructure projects, migrations, and upgrades
- Act as 3rd-level support for complex technical issues
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience as a System Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization
- Good understanding of networking concepts and security principles
- Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven working style
- Very good German and good English skills
