What you'll do

  • Lead AI readiness assessments and opportunity discovery workshops
  • Design solution architectures tailored to client needs and constraints

Requirements

  • 3+ years in consulting, solution architecture, or technical pre-sales

  • Comfortable presenting to C-level executives

Join our team supporting enterprise customers and their systems. You'll provide L1/L2 technical support in German and English, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure our clients' critical business systems run smoothly.

What you'll do

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support for German-speaking enterprise customers
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Diagnose problems and escalate complex issues to L3 teams
  • Monitor system health and respond to alerts within SLA requirements
  • Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system

Requirements

  • 3+ years in IT support, helpdesk, or managed services
  • Fluent German (written and spoken) — this is essential
  • Experience supporting enterprise environments and business applications
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/Linux environments
  • Patient, methodical approach to problem-solving

Nice to have

  • ITIL certification or experience with ITSM processes
  • Experience with enterprise business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
  • Background in network administration or infrastructure support

Build and maintain dashboards, automate reporting workflows, and deliver decision-ready insights. You'll work closely with leadership to transform ambiguous data into clear, actionable analytics — combining strong execution with the ability to challenge data quality and logic.

  • Develop and standardize reporting structures and templates

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in analytics, reporting, or data-driven roles
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, structured datasets)
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, or similar)
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  • Ability to structure ambiguous data and ask clarifying questions
  • Excellent English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

  • Experience with workflow automation (n8n, Zapier, Make)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and LLM-based applications
  • Background in HR analytics or People Analytics
  • Experience working with European or international stakeholders
  • German language skills
