Where your data lives
Before you bring your work here, here is exactly what happens to your data and what we will never do with it.
EU data residency
Your workspace data is stored and processed in the European Union, under EU jurisdiction. Every workspace carries its data region explicitly.
Never used for training
Your documents and conversations are yours. They are never used to train AI models. Not ours, not anyone's.
Isolated per organization
Everything belongs to your organization's workspace and to it alone. Access inside it follows the roles you assign.
Every access is auditable
Logins, membership changes and security-relevant actions are recorded in an audit trail your administrators can review, with retention windows you can shorten.
Security you control
Data is encrypted in transit. Two-factor authentication is available and can be enforced organization-wide by its owner.
Leaving is yours too
An owner can request the deletion of the whole organization. A 30-day grace window lets you change your mind; after it, the workspace is retired.
